J is most likely not his middle initial, but he may be the son of Zeus. If God made drums and he made Phil Collins to play them, then which does he value more? Google it. Wrack and wrap your brains about and around it. Create a think-tank group project because no single person could think for themselves in any business environment. Everybody has an opinion don't they? Just remember yours is the only one that matters and you will get almost nowhere.
